Farewell Room

At Heavenly Pets, we understand the importance of saying goodbye to your beloved pet in a serene and tranquil environment. Our Farewell Room is a dedicated space for you to take the time and space you need to grieve, reflect, and mourn the loss of your loved one.

Losing a pet is a deeply emotional experience, and our Farewell Room is created with your comfort and healing in mind. The welcoming space offers the opportunity for you, your family and friends to say goodbye in private, and quietly reflect on the love and fond memories created with your beloved pet.

By prior arrangement you are welcome to bring a few small items to display in the farewell room such as photographs or flowers. You may also wish to play some peaceful music or something that is meaningful to you. If we can, we will.

At Heavenly Pets, we believe that every pet deserves a dignified and meaningful farewell. Our Farewell Room is an extension of this belief, providing a serene haven where you can express your love, gratitude, and farewells to your beloved companion in an environment that truly honours their memory.

We do not charge for use of the Farewell Room, and we will always give you whatever time you need to say goodbye.

Collection & Return

At Heavenly Pets, we understand that the loss of a pet can bring about an overwhelming sense of grief. To ease the burden during this difficult time, our Collection and Return service is designed to provide convenience and peace of mind. Our Collection and Return service is available 24/7 and is free of charge within a 10 mile radius.

We can collect your pet from your home or veterinary practice and we will contact you to confirm when your pet is in our care, where they will be treated with the dignity and compassion they deserve. Alternatively, you may wish to bring your pet to the crematorium and use our onsite facilities such as our Farewell Room. Rest assured your loved one will receive a personal service throughout.

Following your pet’s cremation, we can arrange for their ashes to be returned to you or your veterinary practice.
