You can bring your pet directly to us, or we can collect your loved one from your home or veterinary practice. Following your pet’s cremation, we can arrange for their ashes to be returned to you or your veterinary practice.

Farewell Room
At Heavenly Pets, we understand the importance of saying goodbye to your beloved pet in a serene and tranquil environment. Our Farewell Room is a dedicated space for you to take the time and space you need to grieve, reflect, and mourn the loss of your loved one.
Losing a pet is a deeply emotional experience, and our Farewell Room is created with your comfort and healing in mind. The welcoming space offers the opportunity for you, your family and friends to say goodbye in private, and quietly reflect on the love and fond memories created with your beloved pet.
By prior arrangement you are welcome to bring a few small items to display in the farewell room such as photographs or flowers. You may also wish to play some peaceful music or something that is meaningful to you. If we can, we will.
At Heavenly Pets, we believe that every pet deserves a dignified and meaningful farewell. Our Farewell Room is an extension of this belief, providing a serene haven where you can express your love, gratitude, and farewells to your beloved companion in an environment that truly honours their memory.
We do not charge for use of the Farewell Room, and we will always give you whatever time you need to say goodbye.

Collection & Return
At Heavenly Pets, we understand that the loss of a pet can bring about an overwhelming sense of grief. To ease the burden during this difficult time, our Collection and Return service is designed to provide convenience and peace of mind. Our Collection and Return service is available 24/7 and is free of charge within a 10 mile radius.
We can collect your pet from your home or veterinary practice and we will contact you to confirm when your pet is in our care, where they will be treated with the dignity and compassion they deserve. Alternatively, you may wish to bring your pet to the crematorium and use our onsite facilities such as our Farewell Room. Rest assured your loved one will receive a personal service throughout.
Following your pet’s cremation, we can arrange for their ashes to be returned to you or your veterinary practice.

Our Wooden Caskets are available in Natural Ash, Mahogany Stained Ash and Bamboo.
Dog Urns
We provide a range of Dog Urns in a variety of sizes and breeds. Our Large and Compact urns have hollow interiors that will hold the whole of your pet’s ashes, while Keepsake urns will hold only a tiny keepsake quantity of ashes. We stock urns for a wide range of breeds, including Border Collie, Boxer Dog, Bulldog, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Chihuahua, Cockapoo, Dachshund, French Bulldog, German Shepherd, Golden Retriever, Greyhound, Husky, Jack Russell, Labrador, Pointer, Pug, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Shih Tzu, Spaniel, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, West Highland Terrier, and Yorkshire Terrier.
Cat Urns
Our selection of Cat Urns have hollow interiors that will hold the whole of your pet’s ashes. Choose from our Resting Cat Urn, Sitting Cat Urn, Cat on Book Urn, or our Sleeping Cat Urns which are available in resin or solid wood.
Guinea Pig Urn
Our Guinea Pig Urn is a fitting final tribute and resting place for your beloved cuddly little companion. The urn has a hollow interior that can hold the whole of your pet’s ashes.

Scatter Tubes
Our Scatter Tubes are thoughtfully designed containers wich hold the ashes of your pet after cremation and are especially designed for the scattering of pets’ ashes. The ashes can be placed in a Scatter Tube when you are ready to scatter or bury the ashes or can be put directly into a Scatter Tube by the pet crematorium after the cremation has taken place. Scatter Tubes come in a wide range of different designs and sizes and are cylindrical in shape. They have an easy opening at one end so you can take off the lid and scatter the ashes when you have decided upon the perfect place for your much-loved animal.
