What this website is

This is the website of Heavenly Pets Crematorium, a small independent family-run
pet crematorium based in Teesside. The site you are reading was rebuilt in September
2026 from an archived copy of our original website, captured on 10 August 2025.

How it was rebuilt

The wording on every page is kept exactly as it was written on the original site —
our story, our services, our prices guidance and our frequently asked questions are
reproduced word for word, not rewritten. The original was a hand-built static website;
this version runs on WordPress so that it is easier to keep up to date, works properly
on phones, and can be read by screen readers.

Two things are deliberately different from the original:

• The contact form has been removed. Messages now come to us by
  phone or email instead, so that nothing is lost in a form that no-one is monitoring.
• Most product photographs are missing. The web archive never
  captured the images of our caskets, urns and keepsakes, so those items are listed by
  name and description only. We would rather show nothing than show a picture of someone
  else's product.
