How do I access Heavenly Pets services?
If you would like us to care for your loved one, we recommend that you contact us directly or let your vet know. Heavenly Pets is not contracted to any veterinary practices, so may not be automatically contacted.

How do I get my pet to you?
You can bring your pet to our crematorium by prior appointment, or alternatively, we can collect your pets from your home or veterinary practice upon your request.

What happens when we arrive at the crematorium?
Your pet will be handled carefully and placed in our Farewell Room where you may reflect on your time together and say your last goodbyes in private.

Will the ashes I get back really be those of my pet?
We guarantee that the ashes you receive will be the ashes of your beloved pet. You will be provided with a signed certificate as proof of individual cremation.
Bereavement Support
The Blue Cross pet bereavement support service can support you through your loss and help you to come to terms with it.
The free and confidential service is open every day of the year, including bank holidays, and can be reached by phone or webchat between 08:30 and 20:30 every day, or email messages will be responded to within 48 hours.
